Manju Gupta

Manju Gupta has been associated with the field of education for the last 40 years, having begun her career in 1975. Her education never stopped with MA (English) but continued with B.Ed and Post Graduate Diploma from NIIT, Secunderabad.

Passion:
She is always looking for ideas to make education more meaningful, fun and relevant to real life. Education to her means the inclusion of all the domains and should include cultural, physical, aesthetic and social activities. Being an avid reader and writer, she loves writing education related articles in many magazines. She loves her profession and enjoys working with children and teachers.

Experience:
She has taught in many schools in India and abroad in wide variety of roles starting from being a teacher to Headmistress and to a Director level in Pallavi Model School. Currently working as an Educational Consultant with St Michael’s School and handles all the rejuvenation and enrichment programs for teachers and children. She was also a consultant with Educational Initiatives and was a part of the “Teacher Enhancement Enrichment Program”- TEEP.

Awards:
She won a gold medal for “the best sportswoman of the year –1971” at the BA level and also won many other awards like “Best All-round Student”, “The Best Teacher’s Award”, and “The Service through education”. She has also been honored by the Jaycees, the Rotary Club and the CRPF for her outstanding contribution to the field of education.
